Choir / Folk Group
Our choir sings on Sunday at the 10:30 Mass. Co-directed by Madonna Cintineo and Eric Baker, we provide music every Sunday from early September through late June.
The choir currently has about 20 members, is informal and fun! New members are always welcome, no choir robes required! Nor is the ability to read music (most of us do not). Our music ministry currently uses selections from the Heritage Missal. Instruments include organ, guitars, upright bass, recorder, ukulele, harmonica, mandolin, tambourine, bongos, maracas and other miscellaneous percussion.
In addition to providing music for our Sunday Masses, we have sung in the Old Fashioned Christmas Program at the schoolhouse at Harry Allen Park, and participate annually in the local “Sing Unto The Lord”, a collaboration of area churches in individual and choral celebration.
